does it only exist in 80's movies?

I woke up to a loud, annoying beeping. Yes, my alarm. First thought, here we go. Another day. But not just any day, my first day on the job. So that made it a little better. Tonight however, I will go to bed a little earlier!! Scrubs and nike's from here on out. Yeeaaaahhhh!!

So, I've got this HUGE secret. And I'm dying to tell someone...but I really don't want to jynx it. Everytime I let something like this slip, never seems to work out :)

Katie and Cory got married this weekend!! It was so exciting to see how cute they were together. She looked absolutely beautiful and he looked so in love with her! I can't wait till the day I find that too :) I love weddings. That's really all there is to it. Congrats you two!!

For some reason, I have fallen in love with One Tree Hill. I have tracked down every season and been in the same stores everyday ready to buy the next season. I think the boys at the Draper and West Jordan Gray Whale's might just know me on a first name basis. Good thing my uncle owns it or I might get ban from the place!! Haha, I have watched season's one through four. I need to finish five and six and then I will be all caught up!! I have my very best friend to thank for this addiction. Moving to school got me hooked and now I love it!! Thank you Katie Lee Peterson! You're the best!

Oh, I'm not sure if the groundhog saw his shadow. But, SNOW PLEASE GO AWAY!!! I'm so ready for shorts and flip-flops!!!

Here's to the past & the future

I don't know where to start. I don't know what to say. Yesterday Sidney and I had a pretty good little chat. She and I are quite similar in this situation. We are both with holding information. Information in my case that no one would like to hear. You see, almost a decade ago, I met 3 of the most amazing friends. The four of us were inseperable. I guess the funny thing was...we were in pairs. Tucker and me. Jose and Chelsie. We thought our lives together were perfect. That nothing would ever change that. And boy, were we wrong. Its been almost a decade and our plans definitely have changed. I miss those days. And I sure miss those times :)

I got a new job. Alta View Hospital, here I come! Yesterday I went in to fill out my new hire paperwork and had to get a few shots and get my blood drawn. It was the first time I had ever gotten my blood drawn. I hate needles. Especially when the nurse fills the syringe with the medicine stuff, points the needle up, and squirts it in the air like they do in the movies!! Scared me just a tad, I'll admit. Haha maybe working in medicine will help with that fear, guess we'll see

All my friends are getting married! Its so crazy. I can't believe we're all growing up!! This Saturday, one of my very best friends from high school, Katie, is getting married. I'm so happy she found her guy :) I don't know Cory very well but he seems like a great guy! I can't wait to be a bridesmaid and spend the greatest day of Katie's life with her!! Congrats Katie and Cory! I love ya girl :)

My pops is off to Hawaii for a month to do a job...I'm a little jealous. He gets to see my good friend RJ. But I'm quite excited that RJ will be here in March, June and July! Its been so long since I've seen him. Glad he'll be home to visit for awhile. I need a good friend around. Miss mine in Ephraim.
